Foliage in Quebec

Just about 15 miles west of Quebec City. Rained buckets here yesterday so it was nice to see the lovely colours.

Little town about 25 miles west of Quebec City. I was fortunate to be able to get the colours in as on the longer zooms and the bumps it usually gets pretty blurry.

This is one of the coolest little river/streams I have seen for awhile. It caught my eye and I took this picture just before we went over top of a cloud layer. I am happy it turned out so well. As E commented that's quite an Oxbow lake (the one shaped like a horseshoe). It used to be one time part of the river but now off by itself in a type of lake. Again I have to re-iterate how cool it is to see such landforms from the air. You just can't appreciate this stuff from the ground.
